Tracy is an award winning business consultant, a bestselling published author, and creator of Influential Storytelling. Tracy’s written work is featured in Women’s Quarterly Magazine. She is also a contributing author of the bestselling book Deserts To Mountaintops: Choosing Our Healing Through Radical Self Acceptance.

As an inherent storyteller, the impact of storytelling was unmistakably evident in Tracy’s career and home life. Her stories offer new perspectives, instill purposeful values, and generate lasting change. In 2022, Tracy created Influential Storytelling for professional and personal impact. Designed to influence consumer behavior and to enhance lifestyle mindset, it has been embraced by individuals and organizations throughout the country.

Tracy demonstrates the undeniable power of storytelling to a variety of audiences. As a Sales Trainer with a Fortune 100 company, she helps to facilitate training courses at headquarters as well as in the field. Tracy also participates in personal development events; most notably at the Songbird Festival, which is a platform for connecting and empowering women.

Tracy lives in coastal Delaware with her husband and two young sons. She is a massive enthusiast of 80s music, stand-up comedy, rainy day hiking, and photography.

Today’s speaker is an award winning business consultant, a contributor for Women's Quarterly Magazine, co-author of the bestselling book Deserts To Mountaintops: Choosing Our Healing Through Radical Self Acceptance, and creator of Influential Storytelling. She is no stranger to the stage. As a young adult, she cultivated a dance career, highlighted by a televised performance with Gregory Hines. Today, she is a noteworthy sales trainer who facilitates training on an individual level as well as to a Fortune 100 company sales force. She is also a prominent storyteller at personal development events, including the Songbird Festival For Empowering Women. She is based in coastal Delaware with her husband and two young boys. Though she didn't bring her tap shoes with her today, one can hope that she can razzle-dazzle us with a moonwalk between stories. It is our goal to make your upcoming event an unforgettable experience. For your audience’s ultimate experience, Tracy requests the following audio/visual requirements.

  • Full house lights (if using image magnification and/or videotaping, please use as much house light as possible

  • The audio out from Tracy's computer needs to be patched into your system for audio to accompany the videos that Tracy will present.
