“I wove my learnings into my business meetings, and BOOM.

It was undeniable that the storytelling I was applying to the brand was

creating a connection,

embedding the message,

and influencing positive change.

My Story.

If there was an award for best memorization of data and delivery of features & benefits, my bookcase would have been blinged out 20 years ago. Alas, such skills weren’t winning me any awards, other than in the form of blank stares and abrupt ending of meetings.

Since my career didn’t seem to have much of a pulse at the time, I began to direct my energy into social impact. As a survivor of a near fatal attack and an advocate of mental wellness, I had stories to tell and lessons to share.

After my first public speaking gig, I was floored by the audience’s response. The on-site feedback, wave of emails, and pings of social media follows were embedded with messages of positive impact. That’s when the proverbial lightbulb went off:

If only I could create this positive impact with business partners.

I immediately immersed myself in the prowess of storytelling. My coursework included the study of human behavior, psychology of storytelling, fundamentals of storytelling, public speaking, and multiple mentorships.

I wove the learnings to my business meetings and BOOM. It was undeniable that the storytelling that I was applying to the brand was creating a connection, embedding the message, and influencing positive change. Since then, I have won President’s Club, been promoted, won performance awards, and taken the stage to share my strategy.

Today, I’m here to teach other sales people, educators, and social influencers how it’s done.
